05/30/19 Woke up from nap at 1:30p yesterday. Started to walk down hallway to get water. Felt odd. Things looking strange. Hallway started tilting back and forth! I yelled for son! Only one home! Help me! Losing balance! Feeling sick. Grabbed onto side of wall, put back up against it. Hanging on for dear life! Aparting started tilting and spinning, flying like Dorothy’s house in Wizard of Oz! Squeezing eyes tightly shut! Holding out hand for Jeremy! Scared to death! Lasted long time! Flare Up!

4 years agoSame thing exactly happened to me in January- couldn't maintain standing position- fell twice- crawling twds my phone (was alone) felt like tumbling head over heals wildly down a steep cliff face to which I could not find a grip=> I SO SO relate! Absolutely terrifying! Was my 1st experience of such an event=> I hear you & am w/you & acknowledge you‼️💚‼️ ... I've found it difficult to convey to medical professionals & "civilians" alike how horrifying the experience was. I validate your experience‼️
