Hey gang I need to take sometime to do me stuff like exercise and get back in to shape. I believe that the last operation went well am feeling slightly better. I will be on and off periodically trying to break this habit and several others, that does not mean Iโm leaving just slowing down on the amount of time I spend daily looking for, colouring, commenting and liking pictures. Thank you for your understanding

4 years ago@Colour me Crazy aka Ron ๐จ๐ฆ, fabulous time for you to do you! Remember that it takes 21 consistent days to break one habit while replacing it with another. We'll miss you, but your health is most important. Looking forward to seeing the new you, and hearing about all the progress! (If you need support or ideas, I was a bodybuilder in my younger years!)
