It is widely know that art is wonderful therapy for physical, emotional and spiritual pain. Art triggers the same part of the brain as music, prayer and meditation. Not only does art reduce pain but also helps with focus and aides other parts of your brain in processing information. Art aides in general creativity, so you could paint a landscape while writing a symphony or discover the answer to something that has eluded you.

4 years agoYour details are INCREDIBLE! Excellent coloring Debra! I use Recolor to relax and help with anxiety and it works great. I love doing crafts which also relaxes me. I feel it’s so important to have a creative outlet. Thanks for sharing the info!!! 💙💙💙💙💙

4 years ago@Lauralee 💜 my sweet friend, I am so glad to hear from you! Last time we talked, you were going through a tough time. I hope and pray you are healing. My Uncle died a few weeks ago which hit me especially hard. I’m so thankful that I was able to see him the week before. We’ve had several deaths in our family in the past year. And my best friend from high school died in March. She sent a beautiful message to me through her sister which was a blessing. I’d love to hear how you are Lauralee 💜
