Hewo! What is this? Uhh it’s like an adoptable except anyone can take them! Meaning if one person takes it you can still take it!!! So yay! Give them a story or make them your new OC or something. The purpose was just to be creative with the characters and get your creative juice going. The important thing is that you can still have your cats and do whatever you want with them! Each person can give their own spin to it! (It’s confusing. Just you can still have them. Yay! No big explanation)
