I will be having cataract surgery in the morning! Friday Funnies, won’t be posted until Friday. If I can get a friend to post Thursday night I will but I won’t be able to comment till later Friday. Thank you for understanding. Dr said he is seeing more and more cataracts in younger people. Where he use to see them only in older adults , he is seeing them in people in their 40s and 50s. I’m sure our computers, phones and iPads have something to do with that.

4 years agoGood luck, Twila! My husband had cataract surgery (both eyes, a couple of months apart) and he’s thrilled with the results. He rarely needs glasses anymore, except for reading fine print. You’re probably right about our use of computer screens and phones!

4 years agoHope all goes well. My mother had the surgery a few years ago. The doc put in a new lens for her and after that, all she needed was reading glasses. A friend just had the surgery, too. Took a few days to get clear vision, but she’s doing well. So hope yours goes well, too.
