Sorry u are having medical issues....... the body/mind is a complex issue......its true....less sleep compounds issues.....I hope you can sit in sun several times a day and takes short walks....its not a cure but it does help regulate our brain and calms our system getting vitamins from sunshine and help induce better sleep πthey say NO caffeine by midafternoon....it stays in us at least 7 hours.....wishing you peace of mind and body.....πΉππΉvent away....its a stress relieverπππΉπΎπΉπ
