Hi Everyone they fixed my account!!!!! That was quick!!! So happy!! Finally something good lol!! I knew it wasn’t due yet and checked my bank account. So all is well again 🤗

Yay! Apple is pretty good about fixing things. I accidentally let my subscription to Pigment renew and they refunded it for me.

@BKazz ya I was really surprised at how fast they fixed it!!! I sent them a email and within 2 hrs it was fixed!! Impressive for sure

@Janzz Artzz I pay monthly and went to colour this morning but it said my subscription was done but I paid on Aug 2 nd so it’s not due again until end of month. I contacted Recolor and apple one of them had it fixed really quickly so it was all good
