Pinterest and Typorama. My orthopedic doc says rotator cuff is 75% torn and extensive arthritis makes rotator cuff surgery prohibitive. The awful alternative is Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty.. complete shoulder reconstruction, only reversed position. I was told to reduce repetitive arm motion. I agreed to 30%. So I will try left handed and art with a bit less detail. And not as often. That may keep me from reqd. surgery soon. They won’t be doing it unless I can no longer stand the pain. Hugs❤️

4 years agoYikes! So sorry. Is it natural wear or ? Sounds awful. I have used my left hand a lot a while back to do pictures. Not from pain but do the pictures in bed sometimes and sleep best on my right side. It gets tedious. My thoughts and prayers are with you.🙀🙀🙀🙀😏😏😏😏😏🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

4 years agoSo sorry you are going through this... I tore mine years ago, not as severe but it was a long road to recovery... Cortisone shots were a godsend if you haven't tried it... Best to you sweet friend
